Common issues and solutions:

Can't log in:

• Ensure you're using the email address affiliated with your policy
• Double-check your email and password for typos
• Ensure caps lock is off

Not receiving OTP code:

• Check spam/junk folder
• Wait 1-2 minutes for delivery
• Click "Resend Passcode" after 30 seconds
• Try alternate delivery method (text vs. email)

• Card information is entered correctly
