# How do I log into my customer portal?

## Access your Kin customer portal anytime to view your policy, make payments, file claims, and more.

**Step-by-step instructions:**

01. Go to [Kin.com](http://kin.com/)
02. Click **Log In** in the upper right corner
03. Enter your email address (the one associated with your policy)
04. Enter your password
05. Click **Log In**
06. Select how you'd like to receive your One-Time Password (OTP):
    - Text message to your phone on file
    - Email to your email address
07. Click **Send Code**
08. Check your phone or email for the 6-digit code
09. Enter the code in the portal
10. Click **Verify**
11. You'll be brought to your portal home page
